I am receiving an authentication failure error when logging into the VPN service

Having trouble logging into our client? 

First, please ensure you are using the correct Obscured VPN username and password. Please use our Reset Password form if you’ve forgotten your password.

When there is a genuine authentication issue with our server, you will be informed of it via an error message. If all else fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling our app.
