I have been charged twice. What should I do?

Please get in touch with our support staff and give them as many details as you can about your payment. We require it so that we can more easily recognize the issue with your payments. Please provide the following details to help us get to the core of the problem and resolve it as soon as possible:

  1. Type of payment (debit card, credit card, or PayPal)
  2. The record of your previous five payments with dates. 
  3. The payment number or transaction IDs of the previous five transactions made by you. 
  4. A screenshot or photo of the payment as proof of the transaction (made twice).
