However, first, we would try to resolve your issue for which you’re discontinuing our service. Also, please note that the times you can get a refund is limited to two times so if you have previously been given a refund once, you are still eligible for another one as long as there is at least a six-month gap between the two cancellations.
Furthermore, a monthly subscription that has been renewed is not eligible for a refund based on the 30-day money-back guarantee offer. In general, once the month following your purchase has elapsed, you are not eligible to request a refund. But, in extreme circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund after the 30-day grace period if you can show that the service you purchased were unavailable or inaccessible and that you made a sincere effort to notify us about the problem. In such a situation, we might give you a prorated refund of the fees you paid for the Services during the subscription period when they weren’t accessible or functional.
Because subscriptions acquired through the App Store, iTunes, or Amazon are subject to their own refund policy, we are unable to provide you a refund if you purchase our membership through those channels. Any purchases made from one of our resellers cannot be refunded by Obscured VPN.
Moreover, we’d be unable to refund you if you’ve made your purchase through a prepaid card. Besides that, cryptocurrency payments will be refunded if they’re requested within the 30-days time duration in the same amount of US Dollars as given to us (as per the exchange rate at the time of refund).
Also note that you have the right to cancel at any moment. However, you won’t get reimbursed for any unused portions of the ongoing service period. Accounts that have been canceled due to a breach of ethical guidelines will not be eligible for a reimbursement.
Taxes are not included in any fees incurred through Obscured VPN. However, we reserve the right to determine and add any applicable taxes or duties, such as VAT, GST, and any other taxes or fees that may be imposed by the laws in effect at the time of your purchase.
