In this guide, you’ll learn how to configure Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11’s built-in VPN Client to connect to Obscured VPN using the IKEv2 protocol.
Step #1: Head to the Search icon, type “VPN Settings” and open it.
Step #2: Tap “Add a VPN Connection.”
Step #3: Enter your VPN provider, connection name, server address or name, and VPN type which would be IKEv2.
Type in your Type of sign-in info which would be user name and password. An optional option would be to enter your username and password.
Finally check the box which reads “ Remember my sign-in info” and hit the “Save” button.
Step #4: Click on your IKEv2 VPN profile and hit “Connect.”
You’ll be connected to the Obscured IKEv2 VPN connection shortly.
Click the “Disconnect” option underneath your VPN profile whenever you need to delink your VPN connection. The VPN can also be disconnected from the taskbar by clicking the network icon there.
